REFUND POLICY

We are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return (unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with the original returns tags attached). All items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchange. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable. Please note that our gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

All our returns and exchanges now go through DPD. These are tracked and cost £5.00 (within UK only).

We ask that all returns are sent through DPD as they are tracked. We are not responsible for return items until we are in receipt of the goods. Peachylean cannot refund or exchange items that have gone missing in the post using a non-tracked returns method, therefore we strongly advise using a tracked method of shipping so you can locate your return whilst in transit. 

We will be in touch as soon as we receive your return so please do not worry. Once your return has been scanned and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue your store credit as requested.    

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

• Damage claims must be filed within 2 days of receipt of goods.
• Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods
• Normal wear is not considered a defect.  

 

Damaged or defective items may be returned at any time. If your order has a fault please email us at customercare@peachylean.co.uk. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us.
